Private work

We are able to able to advice and assit people in relation to other criminal matters, but this would be on a private basis.

This will mean that you pay an hourly rate, or where you are offered a fixed price for a piece of work it will be because the type of work is relatively straightforward or it’s possible to estimate how much time your matter will take.

Where your matter is urgent it may only be possible for us to estimate the cost of the initial stages, until we receive full details from you. In those circumstances we will estimate the cost of the initial stages before we commence work on your behalf and we will give you further charging information just as soon as we are able to do so
